微信小程序开发wx.chooseLocation返回undefined的问题

今天又客户反馈wx.chooseLocation获取到的res的格式是

name： ‘undefined’，
address： ‘undefined’
latitude： ‘0.0000000’
longitude： ‘0.0000000’
}
各位开发大佬帮忙看下什么原因导致的
